DOG MUST EASILY BARK OR HOWL WITHOUT PHYSICAL MANIPULATION OR OWNER FORCING HIM TO (OWNERS SHOULD NOT "BOTHER" THEIR DOGS TO PRODUCE BARKING).

Best Couple
(dog-owner look-alike)
This is based on opinion and good humor. Judges look for dogs and owners who have some common features or characteristics. Owner can describe why they think they deserve to win.
