The parents, principal, and teaching staff determine the direction of the school through the School Site Council's annual community meetings. Together we have developed a strong foundation promoting a student body focused on learning. No, but McKinley students participate in a Spanish enrichment program. Kindergarten, first, second and third grade attend 30 minute Spanish classes twice per week, while fourth grade students attend 45 minute Spanish classes twice per week.
