One of San Francisco's best-kept secrets!
Located in the heart of San Francisco, McKinley is a small school in the San Francisco Unified School District serving a diverse group of 320 children from many areas of the city. Our central, high-beamed library, our open architecture, and wooden walls, help to create a warm, family-like environment for our strong educational programs. McKinley’s administration, teachers, and staff are committed to sustaining a school climate in which all children feel safe and are encouraged to learn and express themselves. McKinley has a very dynamic parent and guardian community who believe that "ALL our children are all OUR children" and work diligently to make sure every student has what he or she needs to succeed.

McKinley Gardening Day
To start our 'Spring Cleaning' and to get the garden ready for our big Rebuilding Together day on April 24th, the Gardening Team would like to announce a gardening day.
The focus of our work will be mainly to pull weeds, clean up the Native Garden and get some mulch into the front beds to control some of the weed growth.
Please bring your own tools and gloves, and some snacks for the kids. And, yes, of course children are welcome.
As usual, we can all pitch in to buy some pizza for lunch.
We look forward to seeing you there,
Ariane, Nann, Jennifer & the entire gardening crew.
